Parkify began with a frustration familiar to many park and recreation professionals: software that makes the work harder, paired with service that falls short when you need it most.
Our founding industry partner experienced those challenges firsthand while leading park and recreation teams across four medium to large cities. His experience sparked the idea for Parkify and connected us with a network of professionals who helped turn that idea into something practical.
We brought our experience building technology and delivering customer service. They brought a deep understanding of running programs, managing facilities, supporting staff, and serving residents. We took the time to listen: to understand the work behind the work, the processes that consumed too much time, and the compromises teams had come to accept from their software.
Those conversations shaped both what Parkify does and how it works. Together, we built a fresh approach to recreation software, with thoughtful design, intelligent assistance, and practical tools grounded in the realities of your day.
